Vector Bulk is an independent shipbroker working the dry bulk market from the United Kingdom. We are not tied to any owner, operator or charterer, so our job is simply to find the right fixture for the principal we are working for.
We broker voyage charters, time charters and contracts of affreightment across Handysize, Supramax, Ultramax, Panamax, Kamsarmax and Capesize tonnage, and follow each fixture through post-fixture to the final settlement.

Our own tools, built alongside the brokers
Vector Bulk has an in-house tech desk that builds and maintains the tools the brokers use every day. Keeping this work in-house means the software follows how the desk works, rather than the other way round.
The aim is practical: quicker matching of cargoes and tonnage, fewer manual errors in numbers and terms, and cleaner records for post-fixture work such as laytime.
